Finals Week!

Can't believe today's my first day of finals - the semester went by like a flash.
Got 1 more tomorrow, then 1 on Monday, then it's polar express back home!

Good luck to everyone! Eat at least 1 hour before your final starts to make sure blood doesn't stay in your GI tracts, and sleep lots before the big day so your brain cells still function properly.
As you may know lots of events did happen from the last post until now, I've been procrastinating hard on posts :P. Will update them in non-chronological orders after I get home with my own room and Queen-sized bed.

A FULL Homecoming Weekend (Super Delayed)

Picture credits to the unknown kind person who took this picture while I was below the lasers...

 Happy 150th Birthday Cornell!

As a member of the Big Red Marching Band we're invited to play at the Homecoming Fireworks/Laser Show annually - which also meant that as performers we didn't get to sit on the rows to see the 3D effects of the lasers. It's a different experience down there but we still got an awesome view of the fireworks (technically below the first row!).

Procrastinated 1st Post - Greetings!

The typical "look I'm clearly a pre-frosh!" picture back in April during Cornell Days
Hi there,

This post marks the beginning of the college life blog. I originally decided to open this as an answer to those who've been asking me "how's Cornell?". Not only can this blog answer this deep, thought-provoking question (yes the answer would be pretty lengthy...), but it can also serve as a recording of "Life on the Hill" from a personal perspective. Hope this blog helps you get a sense of life in Ithaca beside its 6-month winters and hilly mountains. For you prospective (and maybe future Cornellians ;) ), feel free to comment or email me your questions anytime.

Cheers,

Cathy
